Finished these two while marathoning Scare Tactics and one of my telenovelas.
Relena was a total pain in the butt because I couldn't find a single decent reference picture. All I had was a picture of Relena looking into a mirror (from the waist up) and one of the little plastic Queen Relena figurine. I made some changes to the bottom of her skirt because no matter what I did, those scallops just looked HIDEOUS. And ignore the fact that her tiara blends into her hair. I should have made it a little bigger/lighten her hair.
Dorothy on the other hand, looks flawless. HBIC.
